KIPPIS AND CEDAR AND SALT SAUNAS SESSIONS GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all entrants who participate in the Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd Instagram Giveaway (“Promotion”). Participation is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Promoter is Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd (ABN 78 672 287 679), 6/28 Victoria Parade, Manly NSW 2095.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
This Promotion does not include any travel or accommodation required to redeem the prize.

The following individuals are ineligible:
(i) employees of the Promoter or its associated agencies;
(ii) their immediate family members; and
(iii) any person previously notified by the Promoter as not permitted to enter its promotions.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion opens 5:00pm AEST on 29 November 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 16 December 2025.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, individuals must during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow @drinkkippis and @cedar.and.salt.saunas on Instagram;

  2. Like the giveaway post; and

  3. Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry; unlimited entries permitted).

  4. Bonus entry:
    An additional entry will be granted if the entrant shares the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tags @drinkkippis and @cedar.and.salt.saunas

    By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information in accordance with these T&Cs.

4. PRIZE

There are two (2) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:

  • One 8-pack of Kippis beverages; and

  • One gift voucher for two (2) individual sauna sessions at Cedar and Salt Saunas.

Approximate retail value per prize: AUD $135 and total value of the two prizes is AUD $270.
Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash.

The drink prize will be posted to the winners and the sauna vouceher prize will be emailed to the winners.

5. SAUNA SESSION CONDITIONS

The sauna voucher included in the prize is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and booking policies of Cedar & Salt Saunas, which the winner must comply with when redeeming the sessions.

Sauna and heat-based wellness activities may not be suitable for everyone. By participating in the sauna sessions, winners acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sauna use involves exposure to high heat and may not be appropriate for individuals with cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, neurological, or heat-sensitivity conditions, for pregnant individuals, or for anyone who has consumed alcohol or drugs.

  • Winners are solely responsible for assessing their own health and suitability to participate and should seek medical advice if unsure.

  • Winners must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by Cedar & Salt Saunas.

  • Participation in sauna sessions is voluntary, and winners assume all risks associated with heat therapy, including dehydration, dizziness, or other adverse effects.

Kippis Drinks is not responsible for any inability to use or redeem the sauna sessions due to health considerations, personal circumstances, or booking availability.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries immediately after 11;59pm AEST on 16 December 2025 by a representative of the Promoter.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message by 10:00pm AEST on 17 December 2025.
If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

  • If there is a dispute as to identity, the Promoter may determine the entrant’s identity at its discretion.

  • If any part of a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal value (subject to regulatory approval).

  • Any unused portion of a prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

9. LIABILITY

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or claim suffered in connection with:

  • the Promotion;

  • the awarding or use of any prize;

  • participation in sauna sessions; or

  • any health, suitability, or availability issues relating to sauna use.

Participants accept full responsibility for their decision to undertake sauna activities.

Personal Information

The Promoter collects personal information solely for conducting the Promotion, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes. Information may be disclosed to third parties for these purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Modification or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion if necessary due to technical issues, fraud, or events outside its control.
