KIPPIS DRINKS – MOTHER’S DAY PILATES GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are for all entrants who enter the Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd Australia Instagram Giveaway (“Promotion”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs. The “Promoter” is Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd (ABN 78672287679) of 6/28 Victoria Parade Manly NSW 2095.

ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 21 years or older to enter this Promotion.

Please note that this promotion does not cover any travel or accommodation to enjoy the prize. It is the responsibility of the entrants to cover any travel or accommodation costs.

The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd, or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.

PROMOTION PERIOD

This Promotion commences at 6:00 pm AEST on 7 May 2025 and ends at 6:00 pm AEST on 10 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after 6:00 pm AEST on 10 May 2025 will not be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:

• Like the giveaway post on Instagram (located on @drinkkippis).

• Follow both @drinkkippis and @clubpilatesmanly on Instagram.

• Tag one wellness-loving woman you adore in the comments (feel free to tag yourself–self-care counts!).

It is a condition of entering the Promotion that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Promoter’s database and to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these T&Cs.

PRIZE

There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize consists of:

• Five (5) group Pilates class credits at Club Pilates Manly (NSW), to be used by the winner and/or their nominated guests in accordance with Club Pilates Manly’s booking terms; and

• One (1) case of Kippis beverages, delivered via Australia Post to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is AUD $250. All travel, accommodation and ancillary costs associated with attending the classes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at 7:30 pm AEST on 10 May 2025.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced on the @drinkkippis Instagram story at 8:00 pm AEST on 10 May 2025. If a winner does not respond within the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. All details regarding the sauna session, including the exact time, will be confirmed on 24 April 2025.

GENERAL

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

LIABILITY

Participation in Pilates classes involves physical activity. Winners and guests participate at their own risk and should consult a healthcare professional if they have any concerns.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by any person in connection with this Promotion or the claiming or use of any prize.

Personal Information: The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, notify winners, and send prizes. The Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (including prize suppliers). Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Modification or Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion as described in these T&Cs, subject to any written directions from relevant regulatory authorities.
