FATHER’S DAY 2026 GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all entrants who enter the Kippis Drinks × Harbour Heat Sauna × Q Station Father’s Day Instagram Giveaway (“Promotion”).
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Promoter is Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd (ABN 78 672 287 679) of 6/28 Victoria Parade, Manly NSW 2095 (“Promoter”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Proof of age may be required before the alcohol component of the prize is provided.
Employees of the Promoter, Harbour Heat Sauna or Q Station who are directly associated with the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
Travel, accommodation and transportation associated with redeeming the prize are not included and are the responsibility of each winner.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion commences at 12:00 pm AEST on Saturday, 29 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 6 September 2026 (Father’s Day) (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
Follow @qstation, @harbourheatsauna and @drinkkippis on Instagram; and
Tag your dad or sauna buddy in the comments on the giveaway post.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms of use.
PRIZES
There are two (2) prize packages to be won.
Each winner will receive:
2 × Harbour Heat Sauna session vouchers at Q Station, Manly
1 × Harbour Heat T-shirt
1 × Harbour Heat cap
1 × 8-pack of Kippis Finnish Long Drink
1 × Kippis surf cap
2 × Kippis stubby holders
The approximate retail value of each prize package is AUD $275.
The total approximate prize pool value is AUD $550.
Harbour Heat Sauna vouchers are subject to booking availability and any applicable terms and conditions of Harbour Heat Sauna and/or Q Station.
Travel, accommodation and transportation to and from Q Station are not included in the prize.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
WINNER SELECTION
Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Monday, 7 September 2026.
The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winners will be notified by 6:00 pm AEST on Monday, 7 September 2026 via Instagram direct message from @drinkkippis.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not respond within the time reasonably stipulated by the Promoter, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
GENERAL
Incomplete or invalid entries will be deemed ineligible.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the relevant prize and service providers.
If a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equivalent value and/or specification, subject to applicable law and any directions from a regulatory authority.
Any unused portion of a prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
SAUNA PARTICIPATION & CONDITIONS
Use of the Harbour Heat Sauna is subject to Harbour Heat Sauna and Q Station’s standard booking, participation, health and safety terms and conditions.
Winners and their guests must comply with all instructions and requirements of Harbour Heat Sauna and Q Station when redeeming and using the sauna component of the prize.
Sauna use may not be suitable for everyone. Winners and their guests are responsible for considering their own health and wellbeing before participating and should seek appropriate medical advice if they have any concerns about whether sauna use is suitable for them.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Promoter may collect personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winners and arranging delivery or collection of prizes.
Personal information may be disclosed to Harbour Heat Sauna, Q Station or other relevant prize providers where reasonably necessary to fulfil the prize and will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram and release Instagram from any liability associated with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control adversely affect the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion as described in these T&Cs, subject to applicable law and any directions from relevant regulatory authorities.
