KIPPIS DRINKS – SAUNA AND KIPPIS SEP 2025 GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are for all entrants who enter the Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd Australia Instagram Giveaway (“Promotion”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs. The “Promoter” is Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd (ABN 78672287679) of 6/28 Victoria Parade Manly NSW 2095.

ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older to enter this Promotion.

Please note that this promotion does not cover any travel or accommodation to enjoy the prize. It is the responsibility of the entrants to cover any travel or accommodation costs.

The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd, or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.

PROMOTION PERIOD

This Promotion commences at 4:15 pm AEST on 12 September 2025 and ends at 12:00 pm AEST on 19 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after 12:00 pm AEST on 19 September 2025 will not be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow @drinkkippis on Instagram.

2. Like the giveaway post.

3. Tag a friend (sauna buddy) in the comments.
   Each tag is one entry and there can be unlimited entries.

   Eligible bonus entries apply when a person shares the post on their story and tags @drinkkippis.com.

By entering, entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Promoter’s database and to be used in accordance with these T&Cs.

It is a condition of entering the Promotion that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Promoter’s database and to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these T&Cs.

PRIZE

There is 2 (2) prizes to be won, each consisting of:

• One (1) 16-pack of Kippis beverages, supplied by the Promoter at their cost to the winner.

• 2 x sauna vouchers to Cedar and Salt Saunas. Conditions of the sauna apply how and when to use the vouchers at the sauna’s website.

Total approximate retail value: AUD $440.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries between by 1:15pm to 2pm AEST on 19 September 2025.

The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message by 6:00 pm AEST on 19 September 2025. If a winner does not respond within the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

GENERAL

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

LIABILITY

Participation in Pilates classes involves physical activity. Winners and guests participate at their own risk and should consult a healthcare professional if they have any concerns.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by any person in connection with this Promotion or the claiming or use of any prize.

Personal Information: The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, notify winners, and send prizes. The Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (including prize suppliers). Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Modification or Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion as described in these T&Cs, subject to any written directions from relevant regulatory authorities.
